Custom Order Inquiries: If you are unsure about image resolution or framing dimensions before ordering, message us on WhatsApp at +91 7828650968 with your photo.
Transit Damage & Replacements: If your frame arrives damaged or cracked, send your order number along with unboxing photos/video to fremoofrems@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery for a free immediate replacement.
Order Tracking: You can also track your live shipment directly on our Track Order page using your courier tracking number (AWB).
