By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. Overview & General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if unauthorized activity, fraudulent details, or policy violations are suspected.

  • You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Custom Products & Uploaded Content

Because Fremoo creates custom-printed photo products based on files you upload:

  • Image Quality Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the quality, resolution, brightness, and composition of the images you upload. While we use high-grade printing equipment, we are not liable for pixelated, blurry, or dark final prints resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality customer uploads.

  • Content Ownership & Copyright: By uploading an image or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions/licenses to reproduce it. You agree not to upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or intellectual property.

  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to cancel and decline printing any image containing defamatory, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or unlawful materials.

3. Orders, Pricing & Modifications

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping address information for all orders. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Because custom frames are created to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production or printing has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Payments & Billing

  • We offer multiple secure payment methods, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and select Cash on Delivery (COD) services where available.

  • In the case of COD orders, you agree to be available at the designated delivery address to accept the shipment and pay the exact invoice amount. Repeated refusal of verified COD shipments may result in blacklisting from future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times (typically 3 to 7 business days) are guidelines and may vary due to logistics constraints, courier delays, weather disruptions, or festival peaks.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

6. Return, Replacement & Warranty Disclaimer

  • Custom-manufactured and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once manufactured, except in cases of transit damage, structural breakage, or demonstrable production defects.

  • All damage claims must be accompanied by unboxing photos/videos submitted within 48 hours of delivery to fremoofrems@gmail.com or our WhatsApp support channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—such as text, graphics, logos, brand elements, button icons, and site layouts—is the property of Fremoo and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fremoo, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in dispute.
