Custom products ke liye bhi Shipping Policy mandatory hoti hai—khas kar Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, aur Razorpay / PhonePe ke account approvals ke liye.

Agar Shipping Policy nahi hogi:

  1. Payment gateway bolenge ki delivery timelines undefined hain aur merchant account suspend ya hold kar denge.

  2. Meta Ads review me landing page compliance reject ho jayegi.

  3. Customers order track karne ya delivery late hone par direct dispute/chargeback raise karenge.

Farq bas itna hota hai ki custom products me normal products se thodi alag processing time aur custom manufacturing timeline clearly mention karni hoti hai.

Thank you for shopping at Fremoo (fremoo.com). Because each photo frame, acrylic print, and personalized artwork is custom-made specifically to your requirements, our fulfillment workflow consists of two distinct stages: Production Time and Transit Time.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Custom Manufacturing: Once your order and uploaded photos are successfully received, each item goes through color enhancement, precision photo printing, structural mounting, and frame assembly.

  • Production Duration: All custom orders require 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours) for printing, curing, and careful quality inspection before handing over to our courier partners.

  • Business Days: Production and fulfillment operate Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India through reliable courier networks (including Bluedart, Delhivery, Smartr, and DTDC).

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, etc.): Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rest of India & Tier 2/3 Cities: Typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Remote / North-East Locations: May take 7 to 10 business days depending on local logistics connectivity.

3. Shipment Tracking & Dispatch Alerts

  • Once your custom frame is inspected, safely packed, and dispatched, you will automatically receive an Order Shipped confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

  • This notification includes your official Tracking Number (AWB) and a direct link to monitor live shipment movements.

  • You can also track your shipment status at any time via the Track Order page on our website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments

  • For select locations where COD is offered, orders may undergo a brief phone/WhatsApp confirmation or OTP verification prior to production.

  • Once a custom-printed order is manufactured and dispatched, the recipient must be available at the designated address with the exact invoice payment amount.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that complete and accurate address details (including flat/house numbers, landmarks, and a valid 6-digit PIN code) along with an active mobile number are provided during checkout.

  • Fremoo cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, delays, or return shipments resulting from incomplete/incorrect customer addresses. Re-shipping charges may apply if packages are returned due to wrong addresses or repeated consignee unavailability.

6. Transit Damages & Broken Frames Guarantee

Because photo frames and acrylic prints are fragile goods:

  • We pack every order in multi-layer protective bubble wrap and reinforced corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  • In the rare event that your frame or glass arrives cracked, shattered, or damaged during transit, we provide an immediate free replacement.

  • Claim Requirement: Please share unboxing photos or a video showing the damage to fremoofrems@gmail.com or our WhatsApp customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
